About Me
My name is Anastasiia. I’m a professional singer, and it’s a long journey to get here. I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and my career started when I was very young. I studied at an English school while also graduating from the music school in 2006 and the musical-pedagogical school in 2010 as a music teacher. My father is a famous Russian singer and actor, so it’s no surprise which profession I chose.
I was so scared of the stage when I first started. The bright lights, the huge audience - they were all intimidating. But I had a life-changing experience that made me more confident and free. From 2002-2004, I worked at the Nevafilm film studio, dubbing Disney movies, cartoons, and Hollywood films. It was a great time! I learned a lot about being an actress. My father has been a big influence on me, too. He taught me to stay true to myself in this difficult profession. So, I got involved in charitable activities, performing for veterans and cadets of the Peter the Great Naval Academy. I always enjoyed making people happy with my music.
My career has taken me on some incredible journeys. I’ve toured Russia and the near abroad with different pop artists and theater and film actors. There were long roads, adventures, and so many different cities and countries! It was an amazing experience. In 2016, I graduated from the International Academy of Music of Elena Obraztsova on the faculty of pop-jazz vocals. After that, I worked as a singer of Show-Group in the Russian company “Ginza-Project”.
I currently live in Sweden, taking a break in my journey as a singer. But music remains my passion. Alongside my singing, I continue to teach, sharing my knowledge and experience. I've been a music teacher at the prestigious St-Petersburg MIA university, and offer private vocal lessons, working one-on-one with each student, ranging from 10 years old and up. My goal is to inspire and empower my students to reach their full potential and find their unique voice through music.
